What we collect and why

When you enquire or book, we may collect your name, contact details, billing address, selected course, order information, messages and information needed to check course prerequisites. We use this to respond to enquiries, arrange and administer training, process orders and provide support. Please do not submit medical records, payment card details or identity documents through the enquiry form.

Payments and service providers

Checkout payments are handled by the payment provider displayed at checkout. We do not ask you to email card details. Website hosting, email and payment service providers may process information to deliver these services. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that service also processes information under its own privacy terms.

Legal basis and retention

We process information to take steps at your request before a contract, perform bookings, meet legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests such as responding to enquiries and keeping the website secure. Where consent is needed, you may withdraw it. Records are retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, including accounting, contractual and legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
