Cancellations & Refunds

Practical information for your training booking.

Contact us promptly

To cancel or request a change, email contact@nakedskinaesthetics.co.uk with your name, order number, course and training date. You may also call 07368 912419. Please keep a copy of your request.

Online consumer bookings

If you book as a consumer online or by telephone, you normally have 14 days from the day after the service contract is made to cancel without giving a reason, subject to the applicable legal exceptions. Where a refund is due, it will normally be made within 14 days of your cancellation notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Training or materials during the cancellation period

If you ask us to begin a service within the cancellation period, we will obtain your express request first. If you subsequently cancel, a proportionate amount may be payable for services already supplied where the law allows. The right to cancel a fully performed service ends only where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Digital course materials will not be supplied during that period without the express consent and acknowledgement required by law. Payment alone does not waive your cancellation rights. Contact us before requesting early access or an early training date.

Later cancellation and date changes

Please contact us to discuss a date change or cancellation after the statutory period. Any proposed charge or additional condition must be clearly disclosed and agreed before booking. Your rights where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill remain unaffected.

If we cancel

You can choose an agreed alternative date or a refund for the training we cancel. We will contact you using the details provided with your booking.

You may use this form or send any other clear statement that you wish to cancel. Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights.
