About your booking

These terms apply to training booked with Naked Skin Training Studio at 1 Market Square, High Street, Cradley Heath, B64 5HH. Contact us at contact@nakedskinaesthetics.co.uk or 07368 912419.

Eligibility and training dates

You must be aged 18 or over and meet the entry requirements on your course page. Please contact us before paying so we can check your qualifications and agree availability. Training dates are arranged directly with the studio and confirmed in writing. An automated order receipt acknowledges payment or an order request; it does not by itself confirm a training date.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your checkout total is the amount payable for the selected course and options. Full payment must clear before training. Part-payments may be arranged directly in advance. Anatomy & Physiology must be paid in full before materials are released.

What is included

Your course page sets out its duration, topics, entry requirements and included kit or equipment. Training is one to one or a maximum of two students unless stated otherwise. Certificates depend on successful completion and assessment. Attendance does not guarantee a pass, insurance cover, employment or permission to practise a treatment.

Changes and cancellations

See our cancellation and refund policy. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change dates. If we cancel your course, you may choose an agreed replacement date or a refund for the cancelled training. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
